Phone consultations now billed
to medicare

Everyone with a valid Medicare card is now eligible for phone consultations at no cost to the patient

  • You will be speaking to a doctor.
  • Please keep your phone with you before and after your appointment time.
  • Our doctors will call you as close to the time as possible.
  • Only 2 attempts will be made to reach you. If you do not answer at either attempt you will billed a fee of $35 for non-attendance
  • Updates are posted on our Haleroadmedical Facebook page.
